We all hope every effort of the year can be satisfactory. The year of 2016 is special for us. The previous general manager Mr. Dieter has left. The new general manager Mrs. Berke took office. Mrs. Berke pays close attention to ICCS¡¯ development and employee¡¯s growth. At the same time, she focuses on customer relationship to make it good and steady.
On March 10th, 2017, we held "ICCS 2016 Annual Award Dinner". We invited several airlines and forwarders to attend this party. It was happy and harmonious. Every customer activity will help us to have good communication with our customers. We exchanged our opinions and expressed our common interests on steady relations and our willingness to work together to promote our cooperation to make new progress.
The cargo has grown steadily and economic is improved continuously. Social responsibility has been fully integrated into our company¡¯s strategy and daily operation and management. It is not only a big goal of our future development, but also the responsibility of us to deliver social care and promote sustainable development. In order to improve our service and sense of responsibility, upgrade our quality control system, Mrs. Berke comprehensively launched the one-on-one interview with customer program.
