On December 6 and 7, ICCS¡¯ GM Mrs. Berke and DGM Mr. Wan invited representatives of airline and forwarder customer to join the Second Round Table Meeting of 2017 at Hyatt Place Shenzhen Airport.
The meeting is a platform to strengthen communication between our customers and ICCS. We hope to solve working problems and share development opportunities with our customers. At the meeting, Mrs. Berke made a 2017 work summary, introducing 2017 tonnage, operation system and facilities, and reply customers questions. The restructuring of Operation Department was a highlight of the meeting. Operation Department will be divided into 4 sections consisting of inbound, outbound, ULD and customer service control, replacing the current sections including ramp, warehouse and documentation. The restructure aims to reduce customer inquiry steps and improve customer service quality.
Mrs. Berke thanked our customers¡¯ understanding and support through this year, and sent new year greeting to everyone. We always commit to establish win-win and cooperative partnership with our customers.
