ICCS invited more than 40 representatives from airlines and forwarders to attend the first round table meeting 2018, and discussed issues such as customer satisfaction survey in the first half year. We achieved the best score 4.65 (maximum score of 5) in history in the survey. At the meeting, our General Manager Achim Pluecker shared ICCS¡¯ information with customers of facilities and equipment, employee qualification, ULD management, customer service, information sharing, and inbound and outbound cargo and document handling. Since taking office as General Manager on April 1st 2018, Achim Pluecker has actively promoted the e-Freight and e-AWB, strengthened our infrastructure construction, improved working environment and employee welfare, which effectively promoted the continuous and steady development of ICCS¡¯ business. Our next step is to further improving operation process. We plan to add the cargo delivery appointment service and online FWB input service this year.
